Time to Cast Your Vote: Elections for the IWRA Executive Board Now Open

Dear IWRA Members, 


The official voting period for the 2025 - 2027 Executive Board Elections is officially open until October 31st, 2024.

During this 31-Day period, you can choose from the list of Executive Board candidates and submit your vote online. Remember, however, that your IWRA membership needs to be kept up-to-date. 

If your Gold or Silver membership is expiring soonyou must renew it before October 25th, 2024
 to be eligible to vote in this election. As per our Bylaws, only dues-paying members are eligible to vote. Bronze members, this is your chance to upgrade your membership and also have a say in this election.

Please follow these steps to cast your vote:

  1. Access IWRA's Election Platform 
  2. Click on the Online Ballot button (this will open a login form; the username is your primary email associated with your IWRA membership).
  3. Click on "Reset my password" and follow the instructions. (This reset is specifically for the voting platform and does not affect your membership login credentials.)
  4. After resetting your password, reopen the Online Ballot and log in.  
  5. Once the election period opens on October 1st (GTM+1) and you successfully log in, the ballot will be displayed (Otherwise, a warning message will be displayed).
  6. Select your preferred candidate choices and click SUBMIT to cast your vote. (Note: You can vote only once.)

IMPORTANT: If you wish to submit your vote via a paper ballot, please contact the IWRA Executive Office at office@iwra.org. A paper ballot will be sent to you to be printed, filled-in, scanned, and sent back to the Association via email.
